Thank you for visiting my site. My name is Damia Jackson and I’m a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. I believe working out should be fun and engaging. My workouts are a mix of high intensity interval sessions that blend cardio and strength training together utilizing mini resistance bands, kettlebells, free weights, and body weight. I believe a combination of strength and flexibility is important to the integrity of our muscles as we age so I incorporate stretching movements into the workout as well.
I tailor my client’s workouts to meet their specific fitness level and offer a safe, judgement free zone to assist them in meeting their goals. I provide support, encouragement, and motivation along with some laughter during workouts. I believe workouts are opportunities to shake off the stress of the day and reconnect with yourself in a positive manner.
Being fit is about more than what the numbers on the scale reveal. It’s about being mentally, emotionally, and spiritually balanced as well.
