While there are plenty of benefits to writing down what you eat throughout the day, I’ll keep this list to 5.
- It can help you remember what you have eaten that day.
- If you are also tracking calories, you can see where you can improve if you are trying to achieve a goal.
- It will let you see if you are eating too much or NOT enough.
- It will let you see what time of day you typically get hungry and help you adjust your eating schedule.
- It can help you realize if you are eating out of boredom rather than hunger.
BOOM! I recommend anyone keep a food journal for at least one or two weeks because it can be eye opening about your habits around food.
I believe in this habit so much that I’m offering my FYT Life Food Log for $3.50! That’s right, all you have to do is purchase it and download it here—-> https://www.fytlife1.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/FYT-Food-Journal.pdf
